Partners George Jeansonne and Eric Wilkinson—sons of the agency’s founders—approached AKA ready to begin the next chapter of the firm’s legacy.  Siting limitations of the company’s name at the time, (formerly French Quarter Realty), we were able to advise and guide the partners through the process of both a renaming and rebranding.  Reimagining what a real estate agency can be visually.

Rethinking what Real Estate branding can be, we sought to create an identity for FQR that would both draw attention from prospective home-buyers and appeal to the company’s ever-growing group of agents.  We drew inspiration from the architecture of a traditional New Orleans home for the brand’s mark.  We pushed the imagery further through the brand’s visual language— in where we created an array of front door illustrations that can be used individually or interchangeably as desired.
